Groups 1-8

By making your reservation at The Muddler Newcastle you agree to our reservation policy.

All reservations require card details to secure the booking. There is no charge at the time of booking, however in the event of cancelling your reservation with less than 48 hour’s notice you will be charged £5 per person.

We hold your card details, but no money will be taken unless you fail to turn up for your booking or break the booking terms.

Groups 9+

For groups of 9 or more, we kindly require a pre-order from our set menu.

Bookings of 9+ guests will be asked to pay a deposit of £10pp, this amount will be deducted from the bill at the end of the booking.

Bookings of 12-20 – Available Thursday to Sunday at select times

Accessibility

To enter part of our restaurant, be aware there are steps, making it not fully accessible. If you have accessibility needs, please indicate this in the ‘special requests’ section of our booking form. For highchairs or stroller space, also mention these requests there.

A member of our sales team will be in touch to collect your pre order once your booking enquiry has been confirmed. Any bookings that do not wish to provide a pre order will be cancelled. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.
